YLLTech Consult OÜ is a strategic business advisory practice based in Kiili, Estonia. We help founders and management teams make better decisions — with less noise and more rigour.
YLLTech Consult OÜ was founded on the belief that good advisory work is fundamentally personal, patient, and honest. It requires listening, rigour, and the willingness to tell clients what they need to hear rather than what they want to.
Based in Kiili, just outside Tallinn, we work with founders, management teams, and mid-market companies across Estonia and the wider Baltic region. Engagements are limited so that each one receives the direct involvement of the founder.
Led by Ullar Aun, our practice combines strategic thinking, technology fluency, and the kind of Estonian pragmatism that values clarity over cleverness.
If you're facing a decision that matters, we'd be glad to hear about it. We take on a limited number of engagements each year, and we respond to every serious enquiry personally.
